  I had a very disappointing experience at this Houston location. As someone with a significant social media presence and very high purchasing power, I chose to shop in-store for the first time rather than ordering online. Unfortunately, I was not welcomed warmly at all. Upon arrival, I was dressed casually in a full ALO set and was completely ignored for nearly 10 minutes. Two customer advisors looked at me, appeared to snicker, and did not greet or acknowledge me. I intentionally sat down to see if anyone would offer assistance, and no one approached me. The only person who greeted me and provided professional service was a Filipino sales advisor who went out of his way to assist and retrieve products for me. He was courteous and attentive — the level of service I expected from the start. As a Black woman from this area, it was disheartening to feel dismissed and overlooked, especially by other Black women working as sales associates. I did make a purchase, but I will not be returning to this location. I would recommend the Woodlands location instead for a more welcoming experience. Customer service should be consistent and respectful, regardless of how someone is dressed or perceived.

  Louis Vuitton in the Galleria, Houston! The store is beautiful and elegant, and every piece feels so luxurious. The staff was incredibly attentive and made the shopping experience effortless and enjoyable. Whether you’re picking out a classic bag or exploring the latest collection, this location makes it a truly special experience. Definitely a must-visit for anyone who loves fashion and high-end style!

  Worst customer service ever!!! We'd never expected to have such a sad experience with LV store. We always do engraving and never ever had any issues with that moreover other stores were offering this service without even asking but this store just refused to do so with no reason... very disappointed Louis Vuitton Galleria! No wonder that this store was so empty!

  I had an amazing experience getting my first Nano monogram bracelet. Zee and Farrah were the best!!!!! The walk in was quick, they allowed me to browse freely, which many stores don't allow nowadays and the check out was easy. Store was clean and beautiful organized but all the staff was great even the security guards. Will be coming back!

  I have made quite a bit of purchases at this store over the years and used to have an advisor that was wonderful! But she is no longer there, so when I went in today they put me with a lady that was ABSOLUTELY condescending and NOT helpful at all! I NEVER exchange or return items that I purchase from there, so I have never looked at their return or exchange policy being 30 days. I had purchased about 15 different items in December for employees at Christmas time (which I have done for the last 3 or 4 years) (on top of what I buy myself through out the year) and there were 3 that I had left over, so I went in to just exchange for something else for me. Everything in the box and tags and receipts were all in tact. I used to feel like a valued customer when I went there. The way she was acting towards me and the way she was telling me I couldn’t exchange anything, the way she made me feel was terrible. I asked for another person to help me and she was VERY snide and then tried to pull the I won’t be disrespected card!!! I never said an ugly word to her, I had simply said I felt like she was not being helpful and I asked to have someone else help me. I NEVER have been treated like that I was so upset and I will NEVER do business there AGAIN!!!!
