  I came to the store on a random Thursday evening after work, thinking I didn’t look like someone who should be in a Louis Vuitton store. Honestly, I don’t even know what that’s supposed to look like, but it was my first time, and I had expectations for how I wanted it to feel. When I arrived, I was greeted by one sales associate, Oswaldo. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and important. He treated me like I belonged there, even though I didn’t have a Louis Vuitton bag or any designer clothes on. Oswaldo made sure I was taken care of from start to finish, and I really appreciated his great customer service and how he didn’t judge me for walking in with my dreads, streetwear, and fake Berks (lol). If you’re buying your first designer purse like I was, definitely ask for Oswaldo at the Louis Vuitton store in the Houston Galleria. He’ll make your experience unforgettable.

  I have been to this store multiple times and it’s always clean and people are super nice. The moment you walk in they help you find what you need and are very knowledgeable !! Thank you all!! Will be back!!!

  Never been inside of a luxury store never have had the money to until today went in excited but instead was followed around and treated like I was going to steal made me uncomfortable to the point to where I just left meanwhile others dressed better were treated with respect and kindness i see staged videos all the time online warning about people judging by the cover of a book this was the perfect example

  Ask for Maribel Fuentes!! I HIGHLY recommend her!! I’ve been here several times, delt with many SAs which have all been kind and helpful. Honestly can’t say anything negative about previous experiences with SAs here tbh BUT Maribel was the best!! She made my experience sooo fun! She was so kind and personable she literally made the entire experience that day at LV quite amazing! Def. Went above and beyond for me! I legit felt like I made a friend that day! We had fun talking about LV and how if you want it …. Just get it lol! Def. ask for her if you go into the galleria location !!! U won’t regret it I promise you !! Maribel, you were amazing girl! Thanks again! Also: Rachel Roberts from the men’s store was also very kind and amazing!! She def. Went above and beyond while I was there as I was considering a bag from the men’s collection. She kindly showed me the bag I was considering along with many others for me to try on and see if I liked them! Highly recommend her if you’re in the men’s store at the galleria !!
