However, today was the worst customer service ever! I walked in first thing I noticed is that I wasn’t greeted. No eye contact no Anything. I came in here to buy at least three bras but because of the poor customer service, I literally just walked out. No one asked me if I needed help with anything. I am deeply annoyed at the service and for that I will find Another lane Brian to go to. I spent too much money in Lane Bryant on a regular for this treatment/non-treatment. I am quite disappointed. I need some bras really bad, but I refuse to spend my money where I’m not being treated better. 👎🏾👎🏾

The store advertises bra sizing but no one has any idea how to size. The other rep (hopefully she wasn’t the manager this morning) was uninterested and was no help. Just a horrible overall experience. Left empty handed and disappointed.
