  My experience at this Lacoste location was uncomfortable and disappointing. My boyfriend and I were shopping when he made a light, awkward comment about leaving the store. A sales associate overheard and responded in a confrontational tone, saying she had hearing aids and asking aggressively what he said. Another associate then chimed in and publicly corrected him by saying “don’t make jokes I don’t understand.” The situation felt unnecessarily escalated and embarrassing. Regardless of intent, customers should be treated with patience and professionalism. I did speak with the manager afterward. While he apologized, it didn’t feel very sincere or like the situation was taken seriously. Overall, the lack of empathy and customer care really affected our experience, and it’s not an environment I felt comfortable shopping in. Date 12/21/25. I see now they Dont have a culture of care and that is sad.

  The manager lacks experience and ethical conduct in dealing with customers. She claims to be the store manager, but I doubt it. Was she working next to the fitting room? The store only has one fitting room, and it's packed with customers. If it were up to me, I would put a zero below zero, I would put it without hesitation.

  Isaac and Kyla were not friendly during my visit. I purchased a shirt at Lacoste, and at checkout, Isaac simply pushed the bag with my purchase toward me without any courtesy. Overall, the employees came across as rude and unwelcoming. They should recognize that they are representing the brand, and because of this experience, I will no longer be shopping here.

  Racially profiled as soon as I walked in the store. I am a 1 million follower influencer that is black And it was my first time in the lacrosse store at the Houston premium outlets. I was not in the store for even 10 seconds before they rushed up to me asking do I need help and I only had 2 feet in the store. The cashiers had very nasty attitude, especially the young Hispanic one with the black curly hair. Even after my purchase, they didn’t even say have a good day. I was approached very aggressively as if they didn’t want my business inside the store. I still shopping made my purchase and took my time. Lacoste the brand is nice, but if you are black, be careful I’m going to the store as you will get profile as soon as you walk in with nasty stares. It is very disheartening That racism is still relevant.

  Look, I’ve never, ever purchased from Lacoste before. Not my style, not my brand. I had to get an array of gifts (8-10 items) for a very specific party, and the gifts had to be Lacoste. I still don’t like the brand. The quality, the value, and everything about it is mid at best… so I’m sure you're wondering WHYYY I’m leaving 5 stars. It’s BECAUSE of Lukas and Nitika. I had to visit twice, and they are the reason my visit to the outlet store was so pleasant both times. It didn’t take long upon my entry for Lukas to greet me and offer to help. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me and try to get me what I needed and was looking for. He probably went back and forth from the floor to the back of house like 10x. Poor guy. We ended up doing a ship-from-store order, which was a flop. Lukas tried helping me and did everything in his power, but ultimately Lacoste cancelled that order. Which landed me back at the store… again… and this time, Nitika helped me. AGAIN, she went above and beyond to find out more about my cancelled order, did the math regarding my refund, and helped me find everything I needed to replace the items I ordered but didn’t get. I purchased like 3 more items than I originally planned, and I would not have done so if it weren’t for Nitika. I don’t know how much these 2 people are getting paid, but I’m just sure it isn’t enough. They are valuable assets to this outlet store!!! GREAT job, you guys!!
