He truly made the experience turn around from what we first experienced at check in. We had an individual from our group stuck in traffic meaning we would miss our session time. I tried to be apologetic with my group being late, and the receptionist was not forgiving at all. She immediately stated “well if you’re late we will try to fit you in later but I can’t promise you anything.” Then when I asked another question, I was followed with a response of “that is not how things work around here”. This receptionist at this location, I believe her name was Tanya, was just outright rude. I hope she doesn’t speak to all the customers that come to this location like this. Overall I’m glad my group was able to get our photos done, as we will cherish them for time to come but I hope no one experiences the brashness and dismissiveness we did.
