Two bras were upcharged and not the price shown on the original price tag. Make sure to check receipt before leaving the store. I went back two days later explaining what they did and the manager would not assist. Items will be returned. Customer Service is a joke.

When I called on 10/08 they told me that my order had been received by Martha in the store since 10/3. However, when I arrived at the store the lady at the counter told me that my order wasn't at the store. I called back to JP and they recommended canceling the order because was lost and asking for the due refund. So I did. I called on 10/11 and they had done nothing, so I requested my refund once again, they continue knowing nothing about the lost items. Then today, 10/15 a week later, when I am on a job trip I got an email saying that my order was ready for pickup. What? You didn't meet the delivery date, lost the order and now don't want to refund my money. Give me my money.
