  Don’t buy anything from the beauty department at this JCPenney, you won’t be able to return it even if you purchased it within the last 2-3days. They aren’t helpful. The girl at the desk had zero clue what she was talking about or what to do and told me I would have to go to the JCPenney store 45 minutes away Where I originally purchased the item just to return it, even though JCPenney isn’t a franchise. She was able to scan the item and tell me exactly how much I paid for it, but refused to complete the return out of incompetence. I really haven’t shopped at JCPenney for years, and I wish I wouldn’t have and will continue to not shop at JCPenney moving forward.

  Lillian in the return area was rude... until she saw me look at the name on her badge... When I arrived after being lost on 1st floor trying to find the return area, Lillian was scrolling on her phone behind the register. I asked her " Hi, Is this the area where I make a return?" I had 2 JPC bags in my hand. She said "Excuse me?!" in a rude tone then proceeded to continue her attitude. It made me uncomfortable. I tried to explain that I had 2 separate return tickets and she at one point grabbed the bag from under me. Then quickly did the return. I didn't know JCPs process because I haven't gone into the store in almost a decade. I tried to pretend all was normal then I looked at her badge name Lillian. She saw me looking and then oddly became very nice. And strangely allowed me to hand her my 2nd return item without snatching it from my hand. I pretended to not know what was going on and she quickly did the 2nd return. She even told me to have a good night but her eyes were looked seriously angry. I am reporting this rude woman in the return area named Lillian. She should not be working with the public- if someone polite is trying to make a return do not be nasty towards them. This lady is bad news for JPC.
