I went there today to take a photo and I didnt even want to print just a digital one for work and it was an urgent matter. the woman working there claimed to have an appointment in 10 minutes. I waited outside the door for 15 minutes waiting and no one showed up. she wouldn't even consider squeezing me in before the supposed appointment arrive. she wouldn't give me an appointment till the next day and then she told me to go somewhere else. anyways I wouldn't recommend the service of the portrait inside JC Penny
