  I’ve shopped at this location since they opened last year but the experience has gone downhill recently!! The level of customer service has noticeably declined. A young associate made mention the Store Manager left and it shows! The store feels disorganized, associates seem disengaged, and getting help is either difficult or feels like an inconvenience!

  Absolute WORST customer service. I ordered a petite sized coat online for pick-up at this location. After 3 phone calls and once to the store (after my email of confirmation of arrival), I continued to be told “We don’t carry petite sizes in the store”. Geez - YES I KNOW - hints I ordered it to be shipped to this store. This was their response to each phone call AND my arrival at the store with an order number. Come to find out - my coat was there all along. They just refused to do their job. I’ve worked in retail and I have NEVER EVER treated a customer in such a lazy and horribly rude way. Just expect crappy service when you go to this location or maybe ask for a manager and see if you get better customer service (if that what you wanna call it there)I don’t know. Nothing seemed to help until I called in and I still didn’t get the coat that I had ordered because there were no more I had to settle for a completely different coat, which I am very unhappy about. Save yourself the trouble and just don’t go to the store just order online and have it shipped to your house They only sentence I kept getting from these girls was we don’t carry petite sizes in the store. It was the most frustrating thing. I think I’ve gone through in quite a while. There needs to be some serious retraining for these floor associates. If they don’t like their job, they should quit and find another job and allow other people who really want the job to work there. I won’t name names online, but I will be naming the names when I call the manager tomorrow and if the manager doesn’t do anything about it, then I’m calling the district manager and if that doesn’t help, I will go higher.

  I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but it looks like it’s going out of business with all the banners and empty walls. It had never looked like this. Also, whoever was there on Saturday when they opened late there was a man at the register ringing out a customer and was speaking rudely to the staff. It was very unprofessional and I feel bad for the employees.

  Store hours are posted as opening at 10am on Saturday and I showed up at 10:30 am and the doors were locked.

  Male 🐏 white man from Walgreens too parking lot I walked in innocent and unaware of his set up he had cops around him in plain clothes I wonder if everything is legitimate and ok and legitimized as true or false
