Charles was fantastic to work with. He expedited my request and stayed in constant communication, responding quickly and making routine check-ins throughout the process. Poor Communication and Wasted Time
I reached out to this business for a quote and to place an order for services they clearly advertise. I provided detailed written instructions upfront to make the process simple and straightforward. Despite that, the owner/employee/business/ (Charlie) repeatedly asked for mock-ups and clarifications that were already included in my original message.
Trying to be helpful, I took extra time to create another mock-up—something the business could have easily provided themselves for feedback. After several days of back-and-forth and wasted effort, I finally received an email simply saying, “We decline, sorry.”
This was an incredibly poor customer service experience and a complete waste of time on both sides. I would not recommend this business and would encourage others to support local businesses that actually value their customers and know how to communicate professionally.
