  I have to brag on the staff at this store. I had a unique situation and exchange issue and the very sweet and helpful salesperson did everything she could to try to help me and when she couldn’t she called the manager and offered to help me call customer service as a last resort. The manager helped me resolve my issue kindly and without trying to make me feel bad for essentially needing some special treatment. My jewelry is of the highest quality and most importantly lightweight and comfortable. However my main compliment is the way I was treated, kindness and patience seem to be pillars in their company culture.

  What’s not to love about beautiful jewelry?! The store is gorgeous, the sales team is welcoming and helpful, the selections are amazing. My wish list is very long!

  I wanted to check out this story when we were in the area a few weeks ago. I am glad I got the opportunity to do so. It is such a beautiful ship with warm tones. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. I loved the service and selection of jewelry on display. I did not intend to make a purchase, but eyeing the sunset necklace is a purchase I don't regret. The necklace is stunning and a nice statement piece. I was able to wear it out that evening and received so many compliments. I am looking forward to another visit at Gorjana.

  I had went in with my fiancé to look at the store and we were intrigued by the window display and the window pendants they sold in store I had always wanted to go in and buy something from them because I know it’s fairly new to Texas but we walked in and was greeted by a girl who was assisting a customer and browsing through the store and there was another girl who wasn’t doing anything and never once asked if we needed assistance in the store we did like three laps looking for the window display item and did not see it I was so uncomfortable and felt like I didn’t belong in there and I told my husband that we should leave and we left with nothing they should do better I’m never one to leave reviews but this experience I was expecting to get wasn’t there and I would rather go anywhere else but there Kendra Scott has better service.
