The auction items were truly quality, one-of-a-kind pieces at amazing prices. Vikki was phenomenal—so engaging, knowledgeable about every item, and a fabulous auctioneer who made the whole process fun and exciting. Every staff member I interacted with was amazing and genuinely interested in making sure customers had a great experience. Kyle was very helpful in checking eligibility and pricing for off-auction items, the check-in and checkout staff were incredibly kind and thorough, and Michael was so organized and literally sunshine during checkout! Christian was also wonderful, making sure delivery was facilitated smoothly. On top of all that, they served us breakfast and lunch while we enjoyed the auction, which was such a thoughtful touch. I left with some of the most beautiful pieces and can’t wait to come back again. If you’ve never been to Gallery Auctions, you’re missing out on a first-class experience!
