  Framebridge, what took you so long to get to Houston? This place is a total gem. A perfectly curated selection of frames and mats. Even better, the guys who work there are great at what they do. I have already framed 14 items since they opened and they are all stunning. I can’t say enough good things about this place…

  My favorite place to frame. I had used them online but was very happy to see them open a store around the corner. Everyone who works there is great. So helpful and make great suggestions I hadn’t thought of. Justin, Makeda, Heymy and Goodnews are all wonderful. No matter who you deal with they take great interest in your piece and how it will work in your home. I’ll be back soon with more pieces!

  Was excited to see that Framebridge was coming to Houston that I brought my items in for framing the day they opened. The selection of frames is good although some felt flimsy and cheap. I gravitated toward the gloss frames which are beautiful and the color selection is great. Customer service was nice and helpful. There were some questions I was not asked that I suggest you do: 1. If you want the item shipped to you or to the store. I was not asked which option I wanted and it was shipped to store. The store did ship to my home address since I don’t live close. 2. What type of UV protection I wanted. Options are 93 or 99%. I was not asked what option and received 93% when I would have opted for 99%. 3. Which hanging option you prefer, D rings or string. Luckily when I was told they selected the D rings and I changed it to the string. If your art is heavy though you will probably need D rings. Luckily, I decided to get only one piece framed. When I received my framed art, it was so beautiful! They even included the hanging hardware. Upon hanging it and admiring it, I noticed a couple of small chips inside the frame. Also, what my main gripe is, is that I could literally see my myself as clear as day loading dishes in the dishwasher, because the glare/reflection is so bad. Lights on/off, bright sunlight or not, the glare and reflection is terrible. My picture isn’t even by a window. I reached out to customer service and they do not offer anti-glare, non-reflective glazing. Which I thought was insane for a professional framing company. I can literally see everything that is facing the picture in the plexiglass. Takes away from the beauty of the art and is annoying. Framebridge happiness guaranteed policy is awesome! They offered to reframe, because of the chip and are sending me a new box, because I threw the one it shipped in away. My only issue is this glare and reflection. I reached out to other framers in Houston that offer anti-glare, non-refective glazing which I wish I would have went to instead. This option would have made it more expensive, but I would have been much happier.

  Ecstatic to hear Houston will finally have a Framebridge location! I’ve been a fan since first seeing a friend’s framed drawing made by a family member. The drawing was ginormous and Framebridge made it look like a Basquiat! Three frames later, personally, having shipped my artwork to their KY factory, this will be so helpful with future projects. Professionalism and customer experience gets 5 stars ⭐️ Looking forward to seeing this brand in person!

  Recently went hear when I found out they just opened here in Houston to get some nice frames for some pictures I wanted to hang up , Heymy was able to help me pick out the best frames for my pictures she was very nice and attentive to my ideas and showed me various frame designs that would look great with my pictures. would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to frame pictures , diplomas, art work anything you want to stand out they have the frames to complete your project.
