  I just had a spectacular experience with Framebridge today! My friends recommended that I check out framebridge for custom framing and I had several pieces from recent travel that I wanted to get framed. I was lucky to work with Goodnews, who was very friendly, personable, with a great eye for design! I got 6 pieces framed. There’s a wide variety of framing and mat options — perfect for if you’re tired of the black/white frames. I can’t wait to get my pieces back! Definitely check this location out!!! Highly recommend.

  Framebridge is wonderful! I came in to get some sketches framed for Christmas, and everything turned out perfect. They have lots of great customizable options for matting, frames, floats, etc.!

  Great service. We had seven pieces framed in all, from fairly small to very large. Justin’s advice was really helpful, and thanks to Makeda for offering such nice additional support!!

  I went in to frame a print I received for Christmas! Justin was sooo helpful and has such a great eye! I walked away choosing something different than I planned and I’m so glad I took his advice! Kind person too!

  I’ve now used FrameBridge four separate times, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. Out of the six pieces I’ve had framed, three of them had to be completely reframed due to mistakes or quality issues. During my most recent experience, I spoke with a manager named John over the phone to express my frustration. He offered me discount as a courtesy, but the discount he applied didn’t match what he offered and didn’t make sense. When I later went into the store to address yet another framing issue and asked about the discount, I was told that only managers handle those concerns and that they would let John know the next day. The following day, I called to confirm that John had been notified. I was told he had—and that he would return my call. He never did. After repeated issues with quality, inconsistent communication,, I’m extremely disappointed. I really wanted to keep using FrameBridge because the concept and designs are great, but the lack of reliability and follow-through makes it very hard to trust the process anymore.
