    I placed an online same day STORE PICKUP order for ONE pair of jeans…it took entirely too long to receive the order is ready for pick up email for a same day order so I called this location..first the young lady on the phone needs some phone etiquette skills…”umm ughh, What’s your name again? Ummm ok ugh, well I’ll go check..oh it’s not ready yet” this is literally the way that this young lady was speaking over the phone regarding my order status. I called back 2 hours later as they are closing early for New Year’s Eve…same one answers the phone again…ughh, umm, ok hold on..” then nothing.. A rep that said his name was Renee answers saying that they do not have my short length order only regular..This took 3 hours & 2 phone calls to receive this information for ONE order of jeans. Which still makes no sense as it was available for pick up at this location WHEN I ordered it..like did you sell my order to some else or how was it even possible that my order was placed & now my size/length isn’t available? Instead of just exchanging it for the regular length he said I needed to come in with my card that I paid online with…why couldn’t he just exchange it in the system since I already paid online? I was having someone else pick up my order & they did not have my card as the order was already PAID for..over all I had to cancel the order..it made no sense why one pair of jeans caused such a headache…DO NOT order a pick up item from this location they are unfortunately extremely incompetent. It’s like they have the most difficult job in the world or something..unbelievable.

    I needed an outfit for the ballet over the weekend and dropped by Express. The service was exceptional! I was pressed for time but the variety of options were pleasing. The store had a clean upkeep to it. I had the most exceptional associate that assisted me by the name of Rene! He ensured I found what I was in search of and saw to it that I received a speedy checkout! He made my experience a happy one, thanks Rene! I

    I was a little disappointed. I placed an online order and received the email stating it was at the store. It took over 30 mins to find my order. But during the time they couldn't find it I was told I'd probably have to come back another time. I explained to the cashier that I don't live anywhere close to the store. So she suggested I go into the mall and shop around then come back in about hour suggesting that maybe it had not been scanned into their system yet. I refused to leave reiterating that my email confirmation stated that it HAD ARRIVED AT THE STORE. The cashier then went and spoke to the manager and explained the situation after I suggested that I'd saw the item I purchased on the sales floor could they just use my receipt and let me have one from the floor. He was SO RUDE he didn't even look at but instead told her NO he couldn't do that. The cashier later went to the stockroom and came back with a scanner in her hand and began scanning all the items behind the counter and low and behold it had been on the counter ALL that time. By now I'm furious, so I decided that because of an experience like that, I'd better try it on. I'm GLAD I DID because it fit like it was an IRREGULAR Made garment. My true size was Much too big and the next size down was too Small. So I let the cashier know that I wasn't going to take and now I'm told that I have to wait up to (7) days to See that it wasn't charged to my Card. I asked: So I'm leaving here WITHOUT the merchandise and you can't give me ANYTHING stating that I didn't take the that in fact it's being left with you? I didn't like that at all so for the next few days I'm Praying I hadn't been Bamboozled. After day (3) I received confirmation that my card had not been charged for the item This was truly a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE from the time I walked in. I walked in the store the manager was putting clothes on the rack, never looked up and never spoke. The another person walked in of a different (Persuasion) and he greeted her and told her about the sells they were having at the time. I purposely walked right in front of the rack he was working on and STILL NOT A WORD. I found him to be RUDE and definitely (Color Struck). Bottom line: I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT EXPRESS IN THE FUTURE. The clothing 'Looks' good but is Inferior and Totally Overpriced.

    I am so disappointed in my experience today at the store, my previous reviews have all been raving as the customer service was exceptional. The staff is always super polite. Unfortunately, today I went into the store and was not greeted at any point. I made it to the back of the store when a “manager” and two employees approach the area I was in, but still did not speak, offer help or inform me of any sales in the store. I took a big bundle of clothes and asked for a fitting room because they were just standing around and didn’t offer me one. I then came out and asked if I could get help finding a shirt and the manager advised me I could go look so I did. I found what I wanted went back to the fitting room. I came back out and asked for help finding a larger size in pants. The manager acted as if I bothered him, and then he told me they didn’t carry that size in the store. I went over to the area and found the pants in my size. A lady who was also shopping in the store, looked at me and said they do carry that size and she was even appalled at the service I was receiving. I told the manager that they did have that size and he went on to argue with me and tell me that that was a return and that’s why the size was available. I explained to him that even if it was a return, the size was in store and he could have helped me to get another size. If the size wasn’t in the store, he should have offered to find me an alternative or even offered to help me make the purchase online. But he didn’t. No one helped me today, no one offered a fitting room, no one offered to help me with a different size. I ended up leaving all of the clothes that I planned on buying. I’m honestly disgusted by the service I received. I really hope that a manager above him reads this, reviews the cameras and sees exactly what my experience was. I will have to drive to a different store location to make my purchases, and that is a huge inconvenience. With so much on sale in the store, you would assume that they would want to make more sales, especially to those customers that have expressed credit cards.

    Worst service, workers act like you’re bothering them to get assistance. I tried to do an even exchange and was being charged $30-Makes no sense! I drive out of my way to Willowbrook to receive good customer service. Terrible!
