    I had a disappointing experience at this Express location. I entered the store around 8:55 PM to try on a suit for an upcoming party. I completely understand that stores have closing times, but the way the situation was handled felt rushed and unprofessional. While I was trying on the suit, a sales associate told me to be quick because the store was closing. I acknowledged that and asked for just a minute. Within about 30 seconds, she came back and said they only had one register and it was about to close, which made me feel pressured to leave immediately. It honestly felt like I was being pushed out of the store rather than helped as a customer. Because of this, I had to leave the suit behind and walk out without making a purchase. When I asked whether the sale would still be going on the next day so I could come back, her response was, “I don’t know, it could be or it could not be,” which came across as dismissive and unhelpful. Again, I understand closing procedures, but there’s a more respectful and customer-friendly way to communicate this. A little courtesy and clearer information would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression.

    A couple of weeks ago, I came into the store with a shopping emergency. Taimar (?) immediately stepped in and made the experience joyous and less stressful. I'd probably come back to this location specifically for her.

    I just want to come here and say that my wife and I was looking for a perfect dress for our Company dinner we were having that day, I was thrilled by one of the employees Celene for helping my wife find an amazing elegant dress she suggested. My wife LOVED the dress, I really appreciated Celene time and service she gave us. She saved us a lot more time. Everyone was great there.

    By far the worst experience I ever experienced. Was in there with my father that is an early man and he saw a suite that he wanted. While shopping for my father, son and I…my daddy had to use the restroom. And, for the MANAGER said he needed a medical card to use the restroom. Since when? But, it’s store policy; so she said. What medical card does someone need to say they need to use the restroom?? They have a bladder????? All because of store policy?? Which isn’t one such a “Store policy” and that’s doesn’t make it state not a federal policy and I’m a patron of the establishment. I can understand if you are not paying but IM PAYING easily over $700 if not more. But the so called manager stated to me that we had to go to another floor or down several halls around the corner to use the restroom when we are A PAYING CUSTOMER. Let it be understood we already had $500 worth of clothing and I …a lady have not even did my shopping. Therefore, I had to leave the clothing on the sofa to find my elderly father a restroom to pay at a competitor. And…. I did not get what I wanted. I go back because My daddy REALLY wanted that suite. Then the manager with the bad makeup (Monica) says it’s store policy. And, I looked it up and there is NOT a policy the the admin/employee handbook. But, IF there were such a policy it doesn’t make it state or federal policy for someone to have to have a medical card to say they have to use the restroom. There was 1 person that was like you can go get the clothes but still the so called manager stepped in and stopped not 1 but 2 sales people from missing their money. Monica, LaMonica or whatever her name is need to go somewhere else. Know your audience and your customer base. If I’m comfortable, I’m going to spend my money and I was ready to. But you not only cost the sales reps their money but just know I WILL NEVER BE BACK. And, this is MY FAVORITE STORE. I shop here often. She really RUINED MY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!

    I just wanted to leave a great comment for Eder. He was very helpful assisting me with a suit that i needed for my brother and on top informed me about the loyalty when u sign up u get $ off , everything was a steal!
