  I would highly recommend them. Teresa I believe she is the manager on the time of duty. Made things right and made the process easy. Highly recommend them and they are really nice.

  HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD***DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION – Unacceptable and Unsafe I’m beyond disappointed with the service and complete lack of accountability from this location. My best friend sent me an edible arrangement for my birthday. After eating some of the items, I started to feel sick. I brushed it off at first because I had eaten other things that day. But after eating from the arrangement again and feeling worse, I grew concerned. The final straw came when I ate the toasted cashews that came with the gift — and I hadn’t eaten anything else that day. I became violently ill and ended up at a walk-in clinic. Later, I noticed the cashews were expired — “Best By” August 11, 2024. It’s JULY 2025. Absolutely unacceptable. I called the store and spoke to a manager named Theresa. She said she would contact the owner and follow up. She never did. I called back four days later, and she claimed they don’t carry expired food, insisted the date didn’t matter, and then hung up on me. When I called again, I was placed on hold for 8 minutes and ignored. This location clearly does not care about food safety or customer well-being. Giving someone expired food — especially as part of a gift — is disgusting and dangerous. And the way my concern was brushed off and dismissed? Completely unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs. I’ve reported the incident and am following up with corporate and health authorities. No one should get sick from a birthday gift

  I’ve been looking for a place to order for my baby shower. A friend suggested I download the app and get a freebie to try some of it out as I have never been before. Both myself and my oldest son did it to try two different items. From what I was told and further researching there was a few items to choose from for the reward. I drive 20 minutes away to the closest location and the woman who claims her name is Teresa tells me I need to go and print a screen shot of the code otherwise they wouldn’t take it. Kind of an inconvenience but I wanted to consider them for my baby shower so I go across the street and spend $1 at Office Depot anyway. When I came back she had a very displeased look on her face and proceeds to tell me the only options were a brownie or a cookie. After i explained what my expectations were she said No that they are the only location that doesn’t do the fruit for the freebie. At this point I’m not even mad I’m just very upset and disappointed. I drove 20 minutes away and went out of my way to print a paper which was unnecessary honestly. I really wanted to try out the strawberries and apples for my baby shower and now I’m left with further having to look for another place. That woman was not welcoming and not willing to help at all. She acted as if she couldn’t even comprehend what I was telling her.

  On Valentine's Day I received an arrangement from this location. It was delivered to me in perfect condition. My flowers and chocolates were very good and delicious. The person in charge of bringing it to me was very kind and introduced himself as Jacinto Rivera. Very professional.I was very satisfied with the delivery.
