- CYCharmaine YorkAug 15, 20251.0Today, I had the most unpleasant experience with this location. I will never order an edible arrangement again. The staff is highly rude and disrespectful. The staff member called me on my lunch break, demanding I find out what time the recipient would be home. I told the staff member I was at work. She still demanded that I needed to call the recipient. The staff member never took the correct number down to reach out to the recipient. I went in person to get my refund, and the staff member was highly disrespectful. She told me to shut up and kept screaming provoking comments from the back. The staff members wouldn’t even print out my receipt to show they actually refunded my money. Instead, the staff member wrote "refunded" on a sticky note. This was the worst location I have ever visited, and I will never order from any Edible Arrangements establishment again. Plus, The staff member is calling my phone making threats.

They currently do not have a manager running this franchise and the owner isn’t on top of things and taking care of his business so that it runs smoothly and properly. Mr. Matias has ignored all messages for the last two weeks now and has failed to contact me to resolve a very important matter. I’ve reached out to corporate three times and the last time I asked for my issue to be escalated and to have this store flagged for poor customer service and attention. The owner is fully responsible that his business runs smoothly and without hiccups but that’s impossible to do when he doesn’t even shop up to work, or listens to his messages to then follow up and meet the customers needs. This store is currently a disgrace and I would highly recommend that you use a different location, one with professionalism and integrity. I’m not one to leave reviews but what happened to us was completely unacceptable and no apology was ever given. The embarrassment is real! Shop some place else, you will be better off. They don’t even deserve one star and that speaks volumes.
