But I was never informed! Spoke to Michelle who is the manager who claimed she texted and called and when send a screenshot but she texted and called the wrong number and still she does not offer a refund but states in order to get a refund a driver can go pick up the arrangement?!! Clearly Michelle messed up but this is her way of fixing the problem!! Filing a complaint with corporate! Sad when you spend your hard earned money and they do nothing to make it right! Thanks Michelle! Won’t ever use this store again!! First and last time!

When I contacted the shop, they told me they would send it, yet I still have not received anything.
