I called to confirm that I can get it at 12 for a reason.They don't respect your time. Needless to say, I had to go pick it up!!!!! They said, "had to find a delivery person".. whaat!!!???? I just hung up the phone. Customer service is not existing!!!!!! Thumbs down to this location. ZERO stars

- IOIrene OchoaOct 2, 20251.0After deciding to give edible arrangements a second try, I had a horrible experience as I placed my order and even paid for the one hour delivery as it was offered on the website, only for a person to call me 10 minutes before that hour was due, letting me know that unfortunately they don’t offer one hour delivery at that store, when I asked, why was that Option on the website? She said she didn’t know. They told me they could deliver it the next day, which I agreed to because I had no other choice and I confirmed with them that it would be between 10 and 11 AM, since my friend was only working half day. The next day it was past noon and the arrangement hadn’t been delivered yet. I called to ask for an ETA. I was told 10 minutes, those 10 minutes turned into another hour. Flowers were in a bad shape, I felt embarrassed that my friend received them.
