However, once I got to my car, I realized that they had sold me used and torn shoes that had been returned by another customer. When I returned them and asked why this had happened and explained that I had driven a long distance, they told me they did not know who was responsible and that I could simply return the purchase. It seemed that they did not care at all that a customer had to drive a long distance to pick up their order.
