  The employees here are always nice and welcoming. Even when I’m just browsing to see what’s new the employees will still make conversation and offer help if needed.

  I went in after work to budget some shoes for my next paycheck. I had some old boots that had worn through on the sole since I wear them daily to work, so I knew at the worst I’d look at what I already had if not branch out to something different if it struck my fancy. The ladies on shift were great. They were conversational and knowledgeable. And immediately caught on to the age of my current doc martens. I got recommended the non slip 1460s since I was considering a pair for work, but when the Chelsea boots in the non slip didn’t work the employee was savvy enough to recommended a similarly fitting alternative in the Embury after asking about what was amiss in the tester pair. Service was great and I’d come back again. 5/5
