  I recently visited the Dior store, and I was extremely disappointed with the level of service we received. Upon entering, we were greeted, which was a good start, but after that, it felt like we had been completely forgotten. The salesperson we encountered barely acknowledged us and seemed more interested in his phone than in providing any assistance. We wandered around the store for a while, hoping for some guidance or support, but he didn’t make any effort to engage with us or offer help. It was disheartening to experience such a lack of interest and professionalism in a luxury brand known for its high standards. We left the store without making a purchase, feeling unwelcome and undervalued as customers. I hope the management addresses this issue to improve the overall shopping experience in the future.

  I would like to give 0 zero star if I can. This store sucks! No credibility. I bought a sweater from this store and my card has been charged. After a week, I was told they made a mistake about the price and asked to take refund ( I choose to pick it up from the store when I paid for the item) I would have worn sweater if I chose to ship it to my home address. This is Not service I expected to receive from Dior.

  I wish I could give 0 stars! I visited the Houston boutique for the first time on 8/9/25 around 5pm ish and had the most unsettling experience. I was greeted upon entering as I should have been but the immediate energy felt was very flat and disingenuous. My Husband and I proceeded to look at a few items and the sales associate who happened to be a Black female followed us around every inch of the store! She never engaged us while following us, never asked us if we had any questions or anything. I felt so uncomfortable and I immediately knew I would not spend a dime in the store. At one point my Husband and I split up in the store and as I was looking at shoes she was so close behind me I thought it was him! I was so close to simply ask why are you following me, but I figured I’d take this a step further and write a review and reach back out to the Brand and make a formal complaint. I have never been treated this way before and as a Black woman myself it was really disheartening. I noticed this behavior wasn’t happening to anyone else in the store at the time so I can only attribute this to bias. I would never spend my money anywhere I don’t feel valued. If this is the culture and the type of people Dior employs that is shameful.

  A young lady associate at Dior wouldn’t let me in while my mother was already shopping inside. I didn’t even get a chance to explain the situation before she cut me off and said all the associates were busy. It felt dismissive and unprofessional.
