  After shopping at several jewelers, my wife and I ultimately chose Deutsch Fine Jewelry and we could not be happier with that decision. Diana took great care of us from start to finish. She helped us design a custom diamond engagement ring upgrade for my wife and made the entire process feel personal, thoughtful, and completely pressure-free. Her knowledge, patience, and attention to detail were outstanding. On top of that, she also assisted me with acquiring a Rolex Submariner “Starbucks,” which I was able to pick up today. She set clear expectations throughout and delivered exactly as promised. The level of professionalism and genuine patience she showed to both of us truly stood out. What impressed us most was that we never felt like just another transaction. Diana treated us like long-term clients from day one, and that meant a lot after less personal experiences elsewhere. The overall experience at Deutsch was second to none, and we are excited to continue working with Diana and the team for future purchases and milestones.   The sales associates at Deutsch Fine Jewelry are absolutely top notch and some of the finest you will encounter while shopping in the greater Houston area. Asia and Valerie were wonderful to work with and made the purchase of a stunning Rolex watch for my son a memory that we will cherish forever and never forget. We were treated so very nice when we arrived at the store to pick up the timepiece. They took their time with us and went out of their way to make it a special experience. They have a great variety of jewelry and timepieces at this store and I would highly recommend them.

  I have nothing but the best to say about Deutsch Fine Jewelry. Diana Garcia is the perfect example of excellent customer service. She was always polite, professional, and courteous. I explained to her the particular Rolex that I wanted to buy for my father and she started right away. I had been trying for years to get this Rolex and I had no success. She told me to be patient and that she would stay in touch with me. I was so happy when I got the call from Diana that the watch came in. I cannot put into words how much my family and I appreciate what Deutsch Fine Jewelry did and what it means to us. For years, I had been waiting to get a particular Rolex for my father. It’s all he ever wanted. My father is 82 years old now, a Vietnam Veteran and he always put his family first. This store made my dream and my father‘s dream come true. My family and I will never forget this. Deutsch Fine Jewelry here in Houston has a customer for life and I will only be doing business with them for a very long time. Everyone at the store was so polite and kind throughout the whole process. All of my future Rolex purchases, engagement ring, and other fine jewelry purchases will be done at this store for what they did for my Father. I cannot express how grateful I am.
