  I am an avid collector but in the last 3 years of interacting with Deutsch have always received a run around and never been seriously treated as a customer (maybe because I dont fit the typical profile of river oaks.) On the another hand buying experience with other providers such as 1916, Zadok etc. has been very professional and supportive in helping to expand my collection in Rolex and beyond. Atleast based on my personal experience would not recommend as a reasonable option to acquire a time piece.

  Avoid this Deutsch at all cost!! The Deutsch boutique in the galleria was great before closing. I walked into this location today to inquire about a few Rolex. There were 2 sales associates having a conversation when i walked in, i was the only customer in the store. I asked about Rolex’s and my interest in getting added to their list, I currently have 5 in my collection so I’m not new to this. The associate that helped me was a black girl with bushy hair and i instantly got attitude and an eye roll when i asked if they do trade ins or buy used Rolex’s. We went to the back and she asked what i was wanting. I had a list of 4, 2 for me and 2 for my wife. She cut me off instantly and said I would have to put 50% deposit down if i wanted a datejust. I simply asked, I didn’t think AD’s took deposits because there is no time table when you may get said watch, she got major attitude and said well we do! I stopped her there and said i would take my business somewhere else, she said OK! These associates act like they are above us as customers and we are bothering them all while trying to give them business. I have a YM 40mm, a 35k watch that i want to get rid of and get 2 different ones, this location potentially lost out on a 30k transaction down the road due to the nasty associate they had greet me. I never once felt welcomed into this store from the start, You may want to do some sales training with this lady and tech her how to greet customers and that her conversations with other associates are dead when customers walk in. De Boulle down the road helped me out and took everything i wanted down and even quoted me on my trade in.

  Shortly before Christmas, Diana at Deutsch contacted me--as promised--about the availability of a long coveted timepiece. Everyone at the store, including Diana, Phyllis, Jyoti, and other sales & support staff, were friendly, accommodating and professional when my wife and I arrived for pickup!! We look forward to doing business with them for years to come.

  I had a wonderful experience visiting Deutsch Fine Jewelry in river oaks yesterday. I am planning to pass down one of my favorite Omega GMT watch to a Family member for a special occasion and decided to look for a Rolex GMT model for myself. I like to be straightforward and I was fortunate to be assisted by Asia, who made the entire visit exceptional. Asia was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained the details of the Rolex GMT model and went over the differences and similarities compared to my Omega watch. Her professionalism and warm demeanor truly reflected the high standards of Deutsch Fine Jewelry. Thanks to Asia’s excellent service, my visit was not only informative but also enjoyable.
