On a weekend and the store is full of people and they decide not to take out carts of merchandise expecting the people to buy what’s on the floor first before taking any carts out is ridiculous. These managers hold the merchandise for the following day instead of taking out the for customers to purchase.

I went here looking for a cabinet for storage. I found one but couldn’t find anyone to help me load. A customer must’ve saw me looking for employee to help me because she asked me if I needed help with it. I told her yes. She told me they need to write receipt for me and I saw her go ask employee to help. No one came back to help with receipt or help with cabinet. Me and the customer waited and waited. I got tired of waiting and left. Bad customer service

This use to be my favorite thrift store till one shopper name Josie playing victim but the main one complaining about everyone the manager plays both side I don’t appreciate dale the manager tells his regular customers that the store don’t need are money. Always threaten is that will be kick out I thought mormons are christians but when we go to the store we get harassed and for a holy ground so much judgement. There nothing wrong reseller to go to the store there is nothing posted that reseller can’t go the one person or more complaining is because somebody took what they wanted that means everyone in the store guilty because they didn’t get what they want. I never been to a thrift store or any store that we can’t be sociable to other customer. Not very professional customer always come first I’m just waiting to get escorted out. I will be putting a complaint BBB nobody should be treated the way they are I feel we are being targeted because one person Josie I feel we are not being treated fair if I can give a zero I would and we are the hoarders so of their church people they had cart coming out full of stuff please don’t donate here and they are putting high person on broken stuff
