I’m beyond frustrated at this point with this order. First of all, this order was placed on December 22nd with garunteed delivery overnight delivery for Christmas and did not arrive until December 30th. The size was not correct when it finally arrived on December 30th and it took a week to get back to the store even after I put it back in the mail the same day it delivered.(just arrived today.) I called to see the status of issuing a new bracelet and now I hear that it will take 7-10 days in order to process the return for “quality” and then it will be standard shipping once they clear the quality for another 7-10 days?
I called today to see options and was supposed to receive an email with an update. Still have yet to receive anything.
This is honestly very disappointing for the price of this bracelet and this whole experience is making me never want to shop at David Yurman again.

I am a huge Google reviewer and I rarely post reviews that only consist of negativity. If I find a restaurant or a place I don’t care for I try to always post something positive, and then I’ll mention what I disliked.
However, this David Yurman store in the Galleria has exceeded my disappointment. I will not go into complete detail of the situation that took place during the holidays. What I will say is their employee treatment of customers are the WORSE!
They racially profile customers that come in and the associates are beyond unprofessional.
I did make a phone call after the situation unfolded to inform them of their staff. I am happy to report that a few minutes after my phone call I had someone higher up return my call. (which I was not expecting - but came as a positive)
I will say that this particular person that called me was apologetic and offered a private showing of the store. I did make it abundantly clear that I would never return to her store and that nothing she said would rectify the situation. I told her next time I decide I want a new Yurman piece, I would just purchase it from The Domain in Austin.
I deeply suggest that if you decide you want a piece of David Yurman jewelry that you purchase it from another location. I do hope this store can reevaluate its treatment of customers and the behavior of their own employees. 💎 I’d also like to make note that I must not be far off on my assessment since other reviewers are mentioning the same sort of treatment.

I will NOT shop this location ever again… I placed an order online during the holiday season and it was packed from this location. They didn’t even bother wrapping the ribbon around the box, just threw the ribbon in the shipping box. For over 3k, wrap the damn box, come on now. BUT WHAT WAS WORSE, they sent the wrong product (wrong size) how careless are they? Then when trying to call no one answers the phone.
Not the buying experience one expects when purchasing such costly jewelry. They will not see me again and neither will the online retailer, in fear my order will go through this store

Went into the store on 12/10 around 2pm. 4 associates standing in the front room behind the counter all chatting and gossiping. No one greeted me. They weren’t paying attention to other customers either. Walked to the men’s area, browsed for 15-20 minutes. Not one associate approached me. One associate finished with a client then beelined for the other 4 associates and joined in the chat. Wanted to buy something, but I’ll find something somewhere else, and I’ll never be back. You’re supposed to be a high end store, but you need customer service lessons from other true luxury good retailers.
