When I went into the department store I was not sure where the Louboutin section was and a lady asked me if I needed any help before I even asked her. Elvira took me straight to the section and brought my shoes out to me to try on. She was very helpful in expediating the process. She also referred me to Kenny who was very helpful as well in how to take care of my heels. Overall, I had a very positive and comfortable experience.
