I was disappointed with the service I went in asking to see tote bags. The guy who asked me was rude and the lady as well that laughed and rolled her eyes. When I asked to see if they had a specific tote bags & size. They didn't even bother to ask if I wanted to buy online. I went ahead & shopped at Neiman Marcus for the bag, where there was much better service !

I went in the store today. I was very disappointed and disgusted. There was a salesperson (Asian girl) helping a customer, while the other two are hanging out by the counter on their phones. I had to ask the salesperson who was assisting her customer, if she was the only one working. That's when I realized, it was 2 more working. This is a high end price store to receive that kind of assistance...better yet no assistance.
Heck I wasn’t there for my health or was I window shopping. I was there to make a purchase. I figure it was the color of my hair or skin tone
