They found damaged parts and did a full service and got it back to me in record time.

My wife absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, she was laid off just a couple of days later. While the purchase wasn’t dependent on her job, she didn’t feel right keeping such an expensive piece at that moment. I made the difficult decision to return it, and Jesus was exceptionally kind and understanding throughout the process. He didn’t make me feel awkward or worse about the situation. When the time is right, I’ll be back to buy the same watch — and I’ll be looking specifically for Jesus.
