I unfortunately had a terrible interaction with the sales associate named Moy who is an older Asian woman with a very cold and rude demeanor. This review is solely based on my encounter with her and that alone. The management team and my SA are amazing people and the store otherwise is beautifully kept and the staff are kind.
I normally don’t feel the need to single out negative experiences however this time I felt compelled to actually report it to corporate. A name as prestigious as Cartier should hold some semblance of credibility especially when its core values are excellence, engagement, emphasizing ethical conduct. Having Moy as a representation of the brand is a disgrace because of how often she dehumanizes clients that walk through the door. I noted that I am not the only person who has mentioned her in the reviews so it’s shameful that she is still comfortable conducting business this way. As a person who works in customer service, empathy and kindness should be at the forefront of each clientele engagement. She quickly judged me and my husband by face value and I believe because we are young, she assumed we came in for the Love collection. He has never tried on any jewelry pieces before and I was expecting, hoping, and excited for him to have a curated and personalized experience picking out our wedding band for him. Moy asked if I had a photo of what I was looking for and I said I wanted to see what was available for him to try on. I showed a photo from the website and immediately she goes “Oh no that’s difficult to get we won’t have that for him. Try coming back when your SA is here.” There was no alternative suggestion, she was just cutting the conversation short. My husband and I could sense her impatience and could tell she was uninterested as we weren’t a quick and guaranteed sale for her. I got frustrated and bluntly told her that I can tell I’m wasting her time and my time since she has so more important things to be doing. She responds back with “I’m sorry we’re very busy, today is a Saturday. My clients are texting me and I need to respond. Are you going to purchase something?” I was hoping to shop and pick out something special for my husband and I to match for our wedding rings but I didn’t want anything as nasty as an interaction with this sales lady tarnish what should have been a very special and memorable moment. My husband already does not like to shop in luxury spaces because of the atmosphere itself, usually a good interaction with a sales associate really can make or break the brand image and customer loyalty to that brand. With that said, I have never had such an astoundingly negative experience at a shop before- luxury or not. I hope management hears the complaints about their sales associate and take action. I don’t think we’ll be back after that type of customer service.

I have 3 Cartier watches, 2 of them purchased at this location. I stopped by this afternoon, a Friday afternoon , one watch needs a battery and the other a new watch I want a longer leather band. I was told I needed to make an appointment. The guy at the door said all the service advisors are totally booked up today!! I can’t believe the lack of service.

I came in to pick up a gift and had a very disappointing experience with my sales associate Moy, OLD ASIAN woman. I was specifically looking for the Love bangle in my size, but she repeatedly tried to sell me a different version instead. When I clearly stated that I was not interested and only wanted the item I came in for, she then suddenly "found" the bracelet in my size.
Throughout the visit, her demeanor was cold and unwelcoming, as if I were inconveniencing her. I came in with my family, and they were equally shocked by the lack of professionalism and customer service.
As a loyal Cartier customer, this experience was extremely disappointing especially since this was my first visit to the Houston location. I've consistently had excellent experiences at other locations, particularly Beverly Hills, and will continue shopping there instead. I hope corporate considers additional customer service training for this store employee as she has many complaints on Yelp as well. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.

My birthday is Christmas Eve, and my husband and I made a reservation to visit the store. However, we ended up waiting for over an hour. It seemed that our assigned associate did not realize we were waiting and assisted other customers who had later reservations before us.
In addition, the ring we purchased was placed upside down in the box, with the Cartier logo inverted.
They also did not ask whether I wanted any engraving.
Considering that this was a birthday purchase and not an inexpensive one, it was a disappointing experience.
I understand that the store can be very busy, especially during the holidays, but I believe a bit more care and attention could have been given.
That said, the other staff members were friendly and lovely, and overall we still appreciate the brand. I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future customers.

I had an amazing experience buying our wedding bands and some extra jewelry for fun. I’ve been to the Boston store and the experience is night/day compared to Houston. Much more stock and friendly vibes. I don’t dress up on purpose and give my money to associates who treat me with respect. Kerry is a superstar and was so patient with me/my fiancé during our ring selection process. Loved her opinion and she has won a lifelong customer. Even if there’s a store opening in my city, I would rather purchase with her. 10/10 experience with Kerry.
