We had an appointment with Michael and had a great first time experience! The store didn’t have the ring I wanted there but had a different color for me to try on and he made the order for us was treated with water and chocolate! And he also gave us a goodie bag to leave with! Would definitely recommend going there! I always hear horror stories and was nervous to go in but it was nothing what I’ve heard. Thank you Michael ! Amy and Nick can’t wait for my ring to come in!

I had a great experience with Nallary the last time I came in for my appointment.
It was my birthday and I’ve had my eye on the chain love bracelet for a while. Even though it wasn’t an expensive purchase, I was treated like royalty. From the moment I walked in to Cartier, being greeted so well by the staff to the time i walked out of the store, my experience was phenomenal. I was offered champagne and chocolate, and then Nallary took her time to introduce my husband to some of their watch collection for future purchases. She was thorough and explained everything very well. I was very pleased. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Dominic at Cartier provides exceptional customer service. He always gives the best advice and is patient, professional, and truly listens when helping me choose my jewelry. I had my bracelet engraved with forever22 for my daughter in heaven, and I wear it every day. Every visit has been a wonderful experience, and I’m always grateful for his care and attention. Don’t forget to take advantage of the complimentary engraving. For me personally, it makes the piece even more special.

This is by far the worst service I’ve experienced at any Cartier boutique!!!
I purchased my first Cartier piece (a classic-size Love bracelet) at this store in December 2022. The sales associate rushed me through the purchase, claiming the store was “busy” despite there being very few customers and several associates available. I felt pressured to finalize my choice, and I also wasn’t given the iconic red Cartier bag because they were “out.” While I love the bracelet, the experience itself was disappointing. In January 2024, I bought a Juste un Clou small bracelet at the New York boutique, and the difference was night and day. The service and my SA were lovely. I was offered champagne, given a complimentary cleaning kit, and even an extra bag after mentioning that my previous SA didn’t give me one. That visit showed me what shopping at Cartier should feel like. When I returned to the Houston store in July 2025 for a bracelet cleaning, I was told they might not have time for me and was met with visible annoyance when I said I was willing to wait. I was only helped once the front desk associate changed. Whether this treatment is standard for this location or related to the fact that I’m a young woman of color, it is unacceptable.
Since then, I’ve purchased a Love ring and a Panthere two tone watch in New York and a JUC ring online. My advice is to save your money and shop at a location that treats customers with respect, or simply buy online.
