- ECEmily CliffordFeb 14, 20231.0Valentine’s Day, almost $150 NOT including a delivery fee, and they look like an arrangement I can buy from a grocery store for a third of that. Literally 5 roses, 4 carnations, and a bunch of filler. Very disappointed.

(Excuse me if I have the name wrong) Carol assisted in a plethora of ways. Customer service outstanding and she was a joy to talk to. I feel bad for any that might've had a bad experience based on some reviews, but fortunately I experienced none. Would gladly recommend in a heartbeat!

- JVJoe ViboonviriyawongJun 27, 20191.0Very disappointed , 1st- They promise to send me the photo of the flowers before they send out and they never did. 2nd, I requested to have the flowers in lavender color and if they don't have please keep the original color when end up they put cheap looking pink roses and the presentation not looks like the picture on the website at all, not even close. The customer service when I call , because I have never get pictures or receipts is not helpful, kind of rude. I definitely not appreciate her tone. Above of that, they deliver the flower by leave it in front of the door with the excuse that they have called and no answer so the driver made that decision. If i can give minus star I will and definitely note worth the money ( over $100 include shipping fees} and time..if you want to send flowers to your special ones, don't use this company,,,they are scam!!!!
