We purchased two suits and were never informed that alterations would require an additional charge. There was zero transparency. When we returned, we were escorted to a separate alteration location and left there without explanation, only to be told to pay separately. No prior notice. No communication. No professionalism. For a store operating inside one of the most prestigious shopping centers in Houston, the level of service was shockingly poor. High-end pricing without high-end service is simply not acceptable. If you expect luxury treatment to match luxury prices, this location will disappoint you.
