  Gray was so helpful and I was in and out with so many great options for my husband's birthday. I love that the store can see past purchases to confirm sizing and preferences in styles. I have had one other experience at this store and there was so much inventory in stock that I was able to walk out with my items. Today the items had to be ordered, but Gray was so kind to help get the shipment expedited to the store within a few days. Highly recommend and like I said, I've had a great experience with two different employees at this location.

  The whole crew at Bonobos was very helpful, especially Anita! She went the extra mile for me time after time and the experience felt like a movie, from the professional measurement process to going the extra mile to get my pants to me on time it’s was an experience I won’t forget.

  I recently relocated to Houston and needed some new shorts for work. Bonobos in Highland Village was the first place I went. I was greeted by Anita and she was extremely helpful. We nailed down the perfect fit and size. I ended up leaving the store with five great shirts and a jacket. I definitely will be back!

  My husband and I recently visited this Bonobos location since we had never been and were disappointed by the level of customer service we received. While we expected a professional and welcoming experience, our interaction with an associate whos name we later learned is Eric, fell far short of that. When we entered the store we weren’t acknowledged. He was busy on his phone and computer. He was also dismissive when we asked basic questions, and his tone made it clear that assisting us was an inconvenience. He repeatedly told us that they ship everything which wasn’t an issue for us . I am not sure if that was to make us leave quickly but there was a noticeable lack of courtesy and attentiveness, which made the experience uncomfortable and uninviting. We left without making a purchase and will be choosing to shop elsewhere in the future. I suggest you do the same.
