- LRLuz RodriguezJul 8, 20251.0Members have no clue what they’re talking about. I bought some jeans and accidentally took off the tag. Got the wrong side and went back the next day just for them to tell me they can’t do that in store cause of the no tag. So they said customer care could exchange them. Contacted customer care and they told me to go back to the store I purchased them from so they could do a one time courtesy exchange since I told them AE is the only place I ever purchase jeans at.. Got to the store just to be told they can’t do anything at all. Manager had no effort in helping me with my situation. Now I have a $50 pair of jeans that I can’t do anything with. AE lost a loyal customer and I’m so disappointed.

It makes sense though the manager was awful, doesn’t seem like she’s ever experienced a moment of joy in her life. Literally couldn’t help me with a return I needed and couldn’t crack one baby little sorry. How is she in customer service???? No one on her team asks if you need help and when you do reach out to any of them to speak it’s like talking to the one mean girl at school who literally looks like she’s ready to jump you. Insane. The whole store needs a new team or manager, like they say the fish rots at the head. Maybe the team is as sick of her as I was in our little zero expression looking back at me like 😒 face.
