  Employees shopping for Christmas during work hours!! Stood near the fitting room for 5 minutes while I watched the employees check out 20+ items and put them in bags. Horrible! Especially during the busy holiday season. On top of that the girl who first helped me with my jeans was so rude I told her to not worry I could do it myself! It’s barely 10:30 am and already having an attitude? Never again!

  Ridiculous return process. I just needed to return 2 packs of socks and 1 they couldn’t because the barcode wasn’t still on them. Just print a new barcode and put them on the shelf. For the 1 pack they could take, they needed me to open my apple wallet and go to card details to match up the ending numbers. It’s apple pay and clearly this purchase was on my AE account. What is the point of all of this?

  Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They sold a defective item and then didn't want to give me my money back (item was unused and within 30 days policy) Bria was extremely rude and didnt even try to help. I also wanted to exchange some shirts for a different color (same model, same price) but they wanted me to pay some price difference. I also tried to return some shorts and they said I couldn't return them (God knows why). All new with tags and within 30 days. Definitely a horrible experience. Dont but there , go where you are actually well treated
