  Second visit, they are great and nice First time the manager helped me with an exchange he was super helpful. The store organized and not overwhelmed, so easy to select styles and colors.

  Took my daughter in to exchange an item she received for Christmas. We didn’t have any problems with the return. Staff was extremely nice and helpful!

  Girls gave a stank face upon entry. No offer to assist. I was looking for specific items but their vibe was just off. They just stood there as if my presence bothered them. I left and went to Lulu to make my purchase. Greeted and offered assistance right away. I didn't mind paying a little bit more for the items because the customer service at Lulu was superb.

  Workers were SO insanely hostile and unprofessional. I was about to check out with well over $300 worth of clothes but left due to the rude Asian lady with awful blue contacts working the dressing rooms and the odd & judgmental workers standing over you shopping rather than offering to assist. A message to the workers - you are making barely above minimum wage and are not above the paying customers trying to just get clothes. Hope you all grow up very soon and choose to be kinder🩷
