  Terrible experience and would never go back to the Alo River oaks location. The workers made me very uncomfortable, very judgmental and looked at us like if we’re sketchy just kept watching us while shopping around giving faces. Overall rude costumer service !!!

  Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience at this location today due to customer service. Everyone I interacted with was rude or dismissive except for the older African American woman working in the fitting room, who was kind and helpful. I had to ask three separate times (to two different employees on the floor) for a size check, and no one ever followed up with me. I understand this is a high-volume store and that employees may be overwhelmed, but that is not an excuse to be rude or ignore customers—especially given the price point. When I eventually asked the younger employee in the fitting room (wearing a leather jacket with highlighted hair) for help, she responded with a loud sigh as if I were inconveniencing her. She was very dry and unfriendly, not only to me but to other customers as well. That interaction was extremely off-putting. I ended up not purchasing anything because the overall energy and service completely turned me off. I am an All Access member and shop at ALO often, so this was especially disappointing. I shouldn’t have to drive to The Woodlands just to receive basic customer service. Additionally, the store itself looked dusty and unclean, which only added to the negative experience. ALO—this location would really benefit from retraining staff on customer service and store standards.

  I had the best experience I’ve had at this alo location in a while. Gus totally crushed it. I would’ve probably spent $100 in the store if it wasn’t for him I walked out spending like $750 and was really happy about it. He picked pieces out for me and was so attentive super kind. Thanks Gus!
