  The cashier seemed a bit overwhelmed, and my pickup order took longer than I anticipated. An employee mentioned there were over 500 orders in the back, which may explain some of the delays. I believe with a little more organization and focus on customer service, this location could really improve. I’m hoping the Rice Village location might provide a better experience.

  My first time shopping at this Alo branch, the Cashier is front is so looking unfriendly. And i was using my Credit on my alo account and she's looking to me like Huh? Manager came and help. After we paid the cashier didnt even smile and say thank you like any other store in this whole Galleria would do. Cause obviously we are the customer that you would like to us to come and spend again. This would be my last visit here.
