  Not sure why employees don’t answer the store phone number like is crazy what’s the point of having a phone if no one answer

  Absolutely the worst customer service, I called in to ask a question regarding a return, both a male and female claiming to be a manager both kept hanging up in my face. I called back again and they continued to just hang up on my face and refused to provide me with their names. I refuse to believe Alo would allow a manager to act in this way. I need someone to reach out to me regarding this issue. It is unacceptable to have that type of customer service anywhere.

  Amazing experience. Customer service is on point despite this being a fairly busy location. Employees are super helpful and patient. I try to avoid the galleria because it is always chaotic but it’s so worth it at this location because of the stellar customer service!

  I understand it’s the holidays and right now is a busy time but when I was at the stores for 10 minutes walking around trying to find someone who could help and there’s there’s 3 employees talking and laughing it’s a bit frustrating. I never feel welcomed here

  I came into this ALO location today just to try on a pair of pants and a sweater before putting them on my Christmas list, and the experience was honestly terrible — except for one worker. There was this black women worker and she was genuinely so sweet !!! I asked her where something was, and she immediately grabbed it for me. She even told me what size I needed, which was super helpful. I really appreciated her kindness because she stood out from everyone else. But the fitting room workers were rude, especially one girl looked hispanic but don’t think she was , wearing black Nike Dunks. She slammed the fitting room door hard when I walked in, didn’t acknowledge me when I asked for a different size, and acted like she didn’t want to help at all. She even told me they didn’t carry the size in-store, and then I walked right back and found it myself. Completely unprofessional. And honestly, after seeing the online reviews and the TikToks people have made about this exact location, they were absolutely right. The employees act like they don’t want to help anyone, and it really feels like they pick and choose who they want to be nice to. As a paying customer, that’s ridiculous. Overall, this location is not worth going to. Order online or go to a different store, because this one seriously sucks.
