  Went by today to return/exchange some clothes, these ladies that work there were walking around, walking right passed by as I waited in front of the cashier checkout counter, and waited, and waited, and they did not help me. I started looking around at things in the register and they did not approach me or ask me if I needed help. Until I went up to one of them and said, who can help me over here??? They were like, oh.. didn't know you were there. OMG.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

  Twice I came here and receive terrible customer service. I would not come here. The manager doesn’t know the store policy and said I couldn’t do the return. The first time, an employee couldn’t tell me where they were located.

  Short girl with the dark hair and glasses is very rude I think she was the manager she needs to be fired

  Had such high hopes for this store but the availability of L (few) and XL (nonexistent) bra sizes actually in stock at the store was extremely disappointing, especially for a place that brags about inclusivity.
