  11/16: Andrea was the best! I showed up when they opened, unsure of my size (had mixed results with ordering online). She was very professional, answered my questions, and helped me identify what size I was depending on the style. She really went above and beyond and came back to check on me, even as the store filled up. Highly recommend going here for personalized attention! 11/29: When I came back later to exchange the items that didn't fit me, I was initially disappointed that the styles I wanted weren't in stock. Genesis helped me prepare my return, but also helped me take advantage of the better deal that was going on. She told me I could pick from the online styles, not be limited to what was available in-store AND she arranged to have my new purchases shipped to my house for FREE! There's no way I would have received this incredible of a deal if I had just returned my originals and went home and bought online. She was super informative, patient with me, and gave suggestions on colors! I'd seen her the first time I came and she was great at her job and also very personable. This Aerie store provides exceptional service and I was treated so much better here than the other major underwear store (pink). Will definitely come back when I need more!

  Payola is one of the most meanest, rudest individuals I’ve ever met in my entire life. I am sitting in my car as I write this due to how disappointed I am in her behavior and how she handled the situation. This is not great customer service. My best friend is visiting from St. Louis Missouri mind you her birthday was yesterday. I bought her to one of my favorite malls to show her how nice people were and I was clearly wrong after I ran into Paola today. My best friend came to this location just yesterday to purchase a two piece suit that was $66. The suit is too big for her so she came back to get a refund today. Paola the manager advised my friend that she would not be able to exchange or get a refund because the card she is trying to use to get a refund does not match what is on the receipt, the receipt clearly says tap pay was used As the method of payment, And Paola insist that my friend is not using the same card that she use yesterday I informed Paola that when you use tap as a method of payment, the last four digits on the authorization is not going to match the digits of the physical card because it was an electronic payment that was used. She told me I was wrong. My friend pulled up her bank statement showed that the purchase was made yesterday, and it even shows the amount down to the penny and payola was still of no assistance. She told my friend to move to the side and she allowed other customers to ring out when I came and asked my friend. What was Paola doing to assist her? She said absolutely nothing Paola disregarded us. She did not help my friend with a refund or even an ex Disappointed as this was one of my favorite malls we will not be coming back. Thanks to you and she told us to have a better day which we won’t because you just ruined it. Thanks. i’ve didn’t ask one of her coworkers if they could tell me the managers name Paola got on the intercom and told the girl to not give me her name. She said that on the walkie-talkie I’m very disappointed I’ve never been treated in his manner the girl said that she started today which I think was a complete lie. I’m very disappointed and I will never be back in the store and I would never recommended if they have to run into the two that were working tonight which is March 15th Check to see who was on staff and talk to your associates. This is not how you treat individuals.
