The Manager Iris (I think, I’m bad with names) was awesome. She set me up a customer profile and provided me with a few samples (including Black Tie) to try out. I feel I was given a luxury experience and I am exited to buy a fragrance or 2 from this house.

I will be purchasing again soon.

All I wanted to do was purchase their Triomphe belt in the correct size. Valentino's carries multiple sizes in stock. I got two separate impressions (equally rude) on what was carried in the store. I truly hope these SAs get better training. I will not be giving my money to the brick and mortar Celine in the Galleria because of their attitudes. Sorry. I love the brand and made purchases online.
