  I am deeply disappointed by the experience I had with Edible Arrangements during a time that should have been handled with much more care, compassion, and professionalism. This order was placed to support a grieving coworker, so it was not just another delivery. It was meant to offer comfort, love, and thoughtfulness during an already painful and emotional time. Instead, what was delivered caused embarrassment, frustration, and even more stress. The first order did not look like what was originally purchased, and when an attempt was made to correct the issue, the replacement that was sent out was somehow even worse, containing dead flowers that should have never been approved for delivery in the first place. I am honestly shocked that something in that condition was looked at, accepted, and still sent to someone who was already dealing with grief. What makes this even more upsetting is the lack of thought and care behind it all. In moments like these, details matter. Quality matters. Effort matters. And most importantly, basic compassion matters. To send out something so visibly unacceptable for a sympathy delivery shows a serious lack of judgment and attention to what this occasion truly meant. This experience did not just leave me unsatisfied as a customer. It left me embarrassed, disappointed, and sorry that my coworker received something that added more stress to an already heartbreaking situation instead of bringing comfort. At a time when kindness should have been at the center of everything, this company failed badly.

  I ordered from here for my wife’s birthday. The cake came in completely frozen even though the order was placed with more than enough time. It’s embarrassing she couldn’t even cut through it to enjoy after calling in people at her job to share it with and now has to wait for it to thaw out. I called the store and they just said that that is how they do it. They take the cakes out when they are ready to be delivered. Also, the size is way smaller than the pictures. I ordered the regular from the three options which was the biggest the had. I can only imagine what the small or petite would look like. I don’t think I’ll ever order from here again. I spent almost $150 for a frozen cake and a small amount of fruit. Should have just gone to HEB.

  What could have been 2 star experience. Fernando really went above and Beyond to remedy that. The mini flower arrangement was horrendous and not presentable to gift. Very thankful for him
