    I understand businesses get busy and mistakes can happen, but I placed my order one week in advance specifically to ensure timely delivery. I called both five days prior and again on the day of delivery to confirm the time frame, which was a six-hour window. Despite this, the order was not delivered as promised. The manager I spoke with was clearly stressed and took it out on me, creating a very unpleasant experience and reflecting poorly on the company. When I requested a refund for the failure to deliver, I was told to “call Monday to remind” him. It is unacceptable that I have to follow up repeatedly for a mistake that was not mine. I was then told he could not issue a refund at all. A manager who lacks the authority to resolve basic customer issues should not be in that position. As of now, I still have not received my refund. This was my first experience with your company, and it was extremely disappointing. I spent approximately $150 on this order, yet I ended up purchasing the same items myself from H-E-B for about $80. Overall, this was a completely unacceptable experience.
