  Great experience with Edible Arrangements! The fruit was fresh and perfectly arranged. The presentation looked amazing and tasted even better. Customer service was smooth and easy. Definitely recommend for gifts!

  The service was fine not much interaction. I went in to pickup an order. No small talk or friendly conversation. In and out. The store was nice and clean. Only gave it 4 stars because the parking is not the best at that location.

  The more you spend, the worse off you are. Large orders take longer to make and deliver. This company doesn't hold themselves to any delivery time standard. If they miss your occasion (retirement party etc) they simply wait for you to reschedule for another time when you bo longer need it. Ordering in advance doesn't change this equation. Small orders go out quickly. Large expensive orders are lowest priority and they will not arrive the day you need them.

  Never had issues with E. Arrangements before...but store 177 did not follow instructions and deliverd my order to the front porch of the business before it opened instead of waiting 30 minutes to give it to the front desk operator. They reported it as successful delivery while the recipients received nothing. They then failed to answer their phone OR RETURN voice messages to me for a week. Online order inquirys went unanswered. I finally had to visit the store to get things worked out. Product was beautiful though.
