  My boyfriend took me to David Yurman for Valentine’s Day and it was such a special experience. He had actually made an appointment with Naty, a sales associate he’s worked with for years while buying jewelry for his daughters. That alone told me a lot about the kind of long term relationships they build with their clients.

  I’m beyond frustrated at this point with this order. First of all, this order was placed on December 22nd with garunteed delivery overnight delivery for Christmas and did not arrive until December 30th. The size was not correct when it finally arrived on December 30th and it took a week to get back to the store even after I put it back in the mail the same day it delivered.(just arrived today.) I called to see the status of issuing a new bracelet and now I hear that it will take 7-10 days in order to process the return for “quality” and then it will be standard shipping once they clear the quality for another 7-10 days? I called today to see options and was supposed to receive an email with an update. Still have yet to receive anything. This is honestly very disappointing for the price of this bracelet and this whole experience is making me never want to shop at David Yurman again.
