  They canceled my layaway order due to their own mistake. They mixed my order number up with someone else who failed to make a payment. There is supposed to be a full verification process before canceling an order, and they did not follow it. Because of their error, my order was canceled with one week left before Christmas, leaving my baby with nothing — all because of a mistake on their end. When I addressed it, I was told there was “nothing they could do,” which is completely unacceptable. The staff and employees involved should be held accountable for this mistake. This situation was not my fault in any way, yet they refuse to take responsibility. The customer service was horrible, and the entire experience was extremely disappointing.
