- RRRanaMar 19, 20261.0I went in excited to buy a bag to match my shoes. The lady Blanca helping me seemed more bothered than thrilled to try to help me. I felt like more of a nuisance than a customer at a fancy boutique store. I decided to go to the Chanel boutique in Neimans instead next door and got excellent service. avoid this store if you can because their service is not good ( and mind you I have bought from them before so I figured they should at least be cordial with me).

I’ve had to resort to department stores to get what I want but I do miss shopping in the boutique. Not sure what changed but they prioritize a certain demographic, the type that will likely resell those items. It’s disappointing and frustrating.
