I originally ordered the wrong size blazer online and requested an exchange for a smaller size. Later, I realized there was a Bonobos store near my work, so I decided to handle the return in person. Anita was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She took the time to measure me properly and brought out several blazers for me to try on. We quickly found that the 38S was the perfect fit. I mentioned that I had already requested an online exchange, but now that I had my accurate measurements, the item I was exchanging for would also be the wrong size. Without hesitation, Anita offered to switch the exchange to the 38S navy blazer instead. Since the original item hadn’t shipped yet, she arranged everything so the exchange would be updated once the return was processed. She really went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed.
