Horrible! Especially during the busy holiday season. On top of that the girl who first helped me with my jeans was so rude I told her to not worry I could do it myself! It’s barely 10:30 am and already having an attitude? Never again!
- JSJosh StyskalDec 7, 20251.0Ridiculous return process. I just needed to return 2 packs of socks and 1 they couldn’t because the barcode wasn’t still on them. Just print a new barcode and put them on the shelf. For the 1 pack they could take, they needed me to open my apple wallet and go to card details to match up the ending numbers. It’s apple pay and clearly this purchase was on my AE account. What is the point of all of this?
