  The staff is polite, and the selection is very extensive; however, it is impossible to pull items off the hangers because they are hung so tightly together. You need to install longer rails to create more space.

  Negozio stupendo dove finalmente sono riuscito a trovare un sacco di articolo sul baseball. Varietà infinita e prezzi abbastanza bassi. Consigliato agli amanti del genere. Si trova veramente di tutto.

  This whole store needs some help. I walked in to switch sizes for a jersey that was gifted to me. The employee at the front, Jackie, directed me to the jerseys and said to choose the size and bring it up. Ok, cool, no problem. Except the jerseys are locked, I go back to tell the lady and she calls someone for me. I waited exactly 15 minutes before I had to go back up and ask her again. Still waiting. Another employee passed by me and I asked him for help. (He had a whole set of keys, idk why he didn't help me 🤷🏽‍♀️) He said he would call someone (keep in mind at this point I'm already waiting 20 minutes for someone to UNLOCK A JERSEY!) it wasn't until I went to the desk a third time where I finally got help from an employee named Barbara. When she checked the jerseys she couldn't find my size but she told me she'd go with me to the front to find another store. I walk up to the front and wait on her. She comes to the front and walks by me 3 times without helping me find another store. So I'm just waiting there like a dumb ahhh, didn't even get asked by the workers at the desk if I needed help or what I was waiting on or nothing. Barbara why would you tell me you'd help me find another store then ditch me at the front? Makes no sense. This whole store needs to take a class on customer service

  I’ve never encountered such a helpful worker as Roland. This gentleman was amazing in helping me look for this Yeti rambler. I had been to several stores where the product was out of stock or the workers didn’t really help me even check. But Roland helped me find the very last bottle in the size and color I needed. Next time I need a yeti product definitely going to check in with Roland, very knowledgeable
