  I’ve heard about this store for years, but this is my first time visiting and I love this store! I love the fact that it’s super affordable, especially on items that I know don’t cost companies much to make like T-shirts, undergarments, etc. I was able to find a T-shirt for five dollars which is cheaper than Walmart! Time for more foreign retailers to take over the US market!

  I had an amazing time today at the grand opening of Primark in Katy Mills mall! I left with a $50 gift card and a five dollar gift card I was the first one in line 😝I had a delicious boot cookie and beautiful buttons to put on my clothes that represent Primark. I dance my way into the store 😩😂❤️

  They finally opened a location in Houston, I was enjoying my time browsing at the store until I was racially profiled. When it comes to the dressing rooms, PLEASE make sure you count your items. They are very serious about it but don’t even count the items for you. I mean seriously there was a rude lady who kept going back and forth with coworker accusing me of missing 2 items after I repeatedly told her I counted my accessories, how was I supposed to know if it wasn’t clarified?? I do appreciate the manager who made me feel comfortable and didn’t look at me like I was a thief. She even helped me find my windbreaker that got lost in the store. She was kind, sweet, and very helpful.

  Went there today 2 of the items had higher prices than the tags while I was checking out on the self check out, and one of the items when I got home had a lower price underneath the tag. Other than that they had a lot of cute stuff you just have to be very careful with the prices when you checkout.

  I'm glad they brought this store to the Houston area. We've gone to other Primarks in other cities. Will be visiting soon. Update: The store was very organized and the employees were very attentive and keeping the store organized with all the people there. They have a great variety of clothing for men, women, and children. We found that the prices were a little higher than other Primarks we've been to. Everything was well stock with all sizes which is a plus.
