- MBMr. BaldMay 25, 20252.0I went in bought a pair of Ray Ban Meta and was told the protection plan was $35 to cover them. For one the insurance for meta glasses would be $50. I was told 35 covers glasses and I would also get a cloth and cleaner for free. Long story short I never received the $35 coverage. He charged me $15 for the cleaning kit. No coverage and paid for the kit. I didn’t even notice until I had to return them from a lens defect after I opened them, they looked used. I returned everything for a full refund. It was a tall curly head school kid that lied. Bad taste on that transaction.
