Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. My friend and I went shopping today looking for the black studio pants. I picked up the wrong size from the shelf and attempted to fold it and put it back, but the lady working next to me said, "I can take those from you" in a rude tone with arritude. Furthermore, I was confused on the difference between where the wide leg and cuff pants were and the same lady with blonde hair looked at me and said, "This is where the cuff pants are and if you want the wide leg pants they are right here." Again, she talked to my friend and I with the same disrespect. My friend noticed that the lady who spoke to us was treating older customers with more respect and friendliness rather than treating everyone the same. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Very upset with how I was treated even though I ended up purchasing items from this location.
