- FFFamily FamilyDec 16, 20251.0I had a really uncomfortable experience at this store because of the manager, Brandy. This was my first time ever coming to this location, and unfortunately it will probably be my last. While I was shopping, she followed me around the store and kept showing up in every section I went to, especially when I was trying on shoes. It felt like I was being watched the entire time rather than being helped. I understand keeping an eye on the store, but this went beyond that and made me feel uneasy and singled out. Shopping shouldn’t feel intimidating or awkward. The behavior came across as unprofessional and honestly a bit predatory. Because of this experience, I plan on calling corporate to file a complaint. No customer should feel uncomfortable just trying to shop.
