  I had a really uncomfortable experience at this store because of the manager, Brandy. This was my first time ever coming to this location, and unfortunately it will probably be my last. While I was shopping, she followed me around the store and kept showing up in every section I went to, especially when I was trying on shoes. It felt like I was being watched the entire time rather than being helped. I understand keeping an eye on the store, but this went beyond that and made me feel uneasy and singled out. Shopping shouldn’t feel intimidating or awkward. The behavior came across as unprofessional and honestly a bit predatory. Because of this experience, I plan on calling corporate to file a complaint. No customer should feel uncomfortable just trying to shop.

  It was a great experience. I ordered two pair of shoes and needed to pick them up as they were not in the store inventory. I went in and only one line existed. Two people were behind the counter. I was in a hurry and did not want to be rude but asked if I was in the right place as I’d not picked up shoes delivered to the store as a gift and not my house. Immediately the other clerk helped me. I looked at all shoes and he helped me. I explained how I loved DSW because I always get a great deal, but I get excellent shoes unlike another store that I have consistently received either the obvious right display shoe and left never tried on shoe. When I walked in the door said “Every shoe the same..” I believe. Or something like that. I feel I always get quality there no matter what sale, discount, promo, it’s always great service.. especially this service when I promised a quick errand in and out which it was. Everything was exactly as expected. I could read reviews and choose with easy interface on the website not only for this experience but others. But for in and out, quick, friendly, Highland Village, Texas male so sorry I don’t remember his name but eager to do all that was correct. 06/15/2019 midday. excellent price. Wonderful Transaction-already paid for online. Thank you for great customer service and fun interaction. Of course I had to resist the temptation to shop. I always see everything I want when there for someone else. So succeeded in leaving. This time. I do have two items still in my cart online for me. Lol
