We have been bringing our special needs clients for pictures since opening, and today the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful to my clients. They allowed other families to go ahead of my clients and when I spoke to an employee and expressed that our individuals were getting ancy, the staff's response was, "oh well." We have always had a pleasant experience and staff had always been very kind to our special needs individuals. We had an appt set and were first in line, but my people were treated less than. Do better!
